To all service operators worldwide, in order to prevent a global war or conflict from being triggered by the misuse of inactive and lost accounts by undetectable third parties who infiltrate servers and eavesdrop on personal information without leaving a trace, we request that all service operators worldwide delete all inactive and lost accounts on their servers and in their internal storage, as well as the personal information registered to those accounts, such as email addresses, names, addresses, and mobile phone numbers.
